Dr. Dastidar is an accomplished psychiatrist with a rich background in academia and research. Over the course of his three-year residency/SRship, he distinguished himself by presenting over 13 papers at prestigious world conferences, including WPA, EPA, IEPA at Harvard University, WMFH, and ESHRE, where he served as the 1st author.
His contributions to the field have been recognized internationally with two notable awards: the WPA Fellowship award in 2021 and the Award of Excellence at the SAARC Congress in 2017. Currently, he holds the position of Senior Resident at Calcutta National Medical College in Kolkata, having completed his residency training in 2018.
Dr. Dastidar has played a pivotal role in shaping the field of psychiatry, serving as the convenor of the task force on Telepsychiatry for the Indian Psychiatric Society. Additionally, his commitment is reflected in his life membership with the IPS, an allied organization of the WPA. We are a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, special educators, occupational therapists, speech therapists etc. For each patient, we hold team meetings and ensure that there is coordination between all experts so that the best possible care is given.
Our sessions last from 30 to 90 minutes. Detailed assessment of children takes around one and a half hours, while adults are given around 45 to 60 minutes. Follow-up sessions last from 30 to 45 minutes.
We charge Rs 1000 for a 15 minutes session.
